These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and attendance of the
“Millionaire Mind Intensive” seminar program (the “Program”) organized and promoted by
Success Arabia (“we”, “us”, or “our”) in the GCC region. All terms and conditions of
Success Resources UK Limited apply to programs promoted by Success Arabia.

ENGAGEMENT

Thank you for accepting our offer to present the seminar service “Millionaire Mind Intensive”.
Success Arabia is the strategic partner of Success Resources UK Limited and is authorized to promote and manage this Program in the GCC.

TIME AND PLACE

  1. Your payment of the Investment entitles you to:
    • Attend the seminar services “Millionaire Mind Intensive” at the specified date and location in the GCC.
    • Receive a copy of the Materials and/or bonuses included in your purchase as stated on our website www.SuccessArabia.com and your confirmation email.
    • If required, we may change the Speakers, hours, and/or dates of the seminar services by notifying you in writing. Such changes will not alter the seminar content and:
      • (i) Success Arabia shall have no liability to you; and
      • (ii) You shall make no claim against us (including for a refund).

INVESTMENT AND PAYMENT

  1. You must pay the Investment Sum in full or via an instalment plan offered on our Site/App at the time of Order, without set-off or deduction. Prices are listed in local currency (SAR, AED, etc.) and include applicable taxes.
  2. If payment is not made in full prior to the Program start date, Success Arabia reserves the right to refuse access and cancel your order.

ATTENDEE DETAILS

  1. (a) Success Arabia must receive the following attendee details at least 21 days prior to the start date:
    • Name
    • Contact Number
    • Email

    (b) The buyer is responsible for providing attendee details within the required timeframe.


    (c) Each attendee must provide a unique email and contact number. Updates can be made via the confirmation email link or by emailing support@SuccessArabia.com.


    (d) All attendees must register using the link provided at purchase. Failure to register at least 21 days prior may result in denied access.

TRANSFERRING “MILLIONAIRE MIND INTENSIVE”

  1. Tickets cannot be transferred to another Program, product, or service except as provided under the Refund Policy.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS / POSTPONEMENTS

  1. Success Arabia may cancel, reschedule, or postpone Seminar Services. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you.
    • (a) If cancelled, we will refund the Investment paid minus reasonable administration costs within 30 days.
    • (b) If rescheduled/postponed, we will attempt to offer equivalent tickets. Provided elements are non-refundable. Rescheduled events are not eligible for refunds.

DISCLOSURES

  1. You acknowledge:
    • (a) Success Arabia and its representatives are not investment advisors.
    • (b) They do not provide investment advice or operate an advisory business.
    • (c) Success Arabia may pay commissions to third parties related to this Purchase Contract.

TICKET SALE AND RESALE

    • (a) Resale or re-advertisement of tickets is strictly prohibited.
    • (b) Tickets found advertised for resale may be cancelled without refund.
    • (c) Rights to alter ticket names will be forfeited if resale is detected.

FORCE MAJEURE

  1. If Seminar Services are prevented due to events beyond control (act of God, fire, pandemic, government restrictions, etc.), the promoter may postpone or cancel and refund per term 7.

GENERAL

  1. All seminar-related communications must be sent to support@SuccessArabia.com.
  2. Failure to exercise rights does not constitute a waiver unless in writing.
  3. The Program is for mature audiences. Children under 13 are not permitted.
  4. All content is delivered in English. Translation inquiries may be emailed.
  5. Speakers appear at different times and not the full duration.
  6. One invoice is generated per order and communication is with the buyer until attendee details are provided.
  7. The Program is a live event and will not be recorded.
  8. For online/hybrid events, access links will be sent approximately 21 days prior. Once sent, obligations are fulfilled.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

  1. You acknowledge that Program materials are confidential and considered trade secrets. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, record, distribute, or create derivative materials from the seminar content. Breach may result in civil litigation and damages.
  2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Success Arabia against losses resulting from breach of these Terms.

REFUND POLICY

  1. Cooling Off Period: 14-day cooling-off period from purchase date for full refund eligibility.
  2. Refund Eligibility: No refunds after the 14-day period.
  3. Transfer of Enrolment: Transfers to alternative dates may be permitted subject to availability and possible additional charges.
  4. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without notice results in forfeiture of fees.

By enrolling in the “Millionaire Mind Intensive”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
